	The Clifton Speech Team won honor for Clifton and took second place in Speech and Academics this weekend at Pin Oak Middle School. Pin Oak took first with a speech team and an academic test-taking team. Clifton took 2^nd with the speech team performing all speaking contests and taking all the academic tests, including winning first place in SCIENCE to president Roger Guillory! The team was amazing! For the first time ever at Clifton, all three teams made it to finals Alex Scheel & Evan Horne 2^nd/Ebrin Stanley & Kris Walker 4^th/Amber Mitchell & Cam Thornton 5^th It was a great tournament and Ms. Baker is so proud of these team members she want them to know they are the BEST!!!! No coach could be prouder. Bring all your trophies to the office with your name written on the bottom. There is –practice Thursday until 4 PM
