Welcome to Clifton Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Magnet Middle School. We are pleased to welcome you and your student to our STEM Community. As a STEM Magnet School, we will have the opportunity through our block schedule to provide exciting and unique experiences to your students as they grow and learn through an integrated and challenge-based approach focused on science, engineering, mathematics, and technology. An outstanding staff exhibits collaboration, teamwork, diligence, and passion to provide an excellent STEM academic program and a safe and secure environment in which our students learn. At Clifton Middle School we aim to provide a curriculum to develop inquisitive thinkers with a love of learning who cherish independent thought.
We understand that the curriculum, both within taught lessons and beyond them, should create an environment where questioning, divergent thinking and the freedom to learn from mistakes are all encouraged.
We intend that our curriculum should imbue in our students these qualities: responsibility, independence, and a sense that learning can thrill and invigorate throughout life.
