SCHOOL HOURS
The first bell rings at 7:37 a.m. allowing students to enter the building for
class. Students should be in homeroom no later than 7:45 a.m. Students are not
allowed in the building prior to the first bell. Students who ride early buses
may enter the cafeteria upon arrival if the weather is inclement. Dismissal time
is 3:00 p.m. Students must wait for their parents, school bus, or private bus at
dismissal on the school property. Students are prohibited from standing or
waiting across the street on private property (Golden Forest and Lost Forest
streets). All Clifton students must be on school property until the driver
approaches. Teachers leave the building at 3:15 p.m.
STUDENTS WHO ARE NON-BUS RIDERS
MUST LEAVE THE CAMPUS WITHIN 15 MINUTES FOLLOWING THE 3:00 P.M. DISMISSAL BELL.
THE CAMPUS CLOSES AT 4:00 P.M. AND ALL GATES ARE LOCKED FOR SECURITY.
STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO CROSS THE TEACHERS’ PARKING LOT BEFORE, DURING, OR
AFTER SCHOOL HOURS. THE TEACHERS’ PARKING LOT MAY NOT BE USED FOR DROP OFF OR
PICKUP AREA FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS. STUDENTS
ATTENDING CLIFTON’S AFTER SCHOOL SPORTING EVENTS ON CAMPUS OR STADIUM ASSIGNED
TO CLIFTON MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN 6:00 P.M.
